We commute, we attend meetings, we workout, we sweat, and we get spilled by coffee. On a typical day, we encounter all kinds of scenarios that oftentimes are out of our control. If only there’s an all-purpose t-shirt that can do it all.
That is, however, not a reality. At least not yet. Here are a few problems we have with conventional t-shirts.

We decided to put matters into our own hands and developed the all-purpose O5-T to put these issues to rest. Featuring dual blend fabric covering the ins-and-outs of the t-shirt, and combining advanced sustainable material and cotton-like texture, O5-T allows you to feel free no matter the occasion.
O5-T is designed with all these requirements in mind. The inner layer offers the performance of active wear, providing quick moisture wicking and odor repelling features thanks to the coffee grounds infused yarn.
The outer layer retains the soft cotton-like texture while still offering stain resistance based on the patented technology of dri-release. From formal settings to outdoor adventures, O5-T can do it all.
Unlike your average activewear that screams “I’m going to the gym” with excessive use of mesh and reflective material, O5-T blends fleece to give the fabric a cotton-like texture, giving you a more subtle look.
The dri-release patented technology essentially blends a combination of hydrophobic (water repellent) and hydrophilic (water-absorbing) fibers together, providing 400% faster-drying speed compared to cotton, 100% faster than polyester.
And because this technology is not a surface coating. Instead, it's woven into each thread of the yarn; it has a permanent effect and will not be washed out over time.
O5-T is thoroughly coated with a layer of nano-coating using the latest rotary screen printing technique. It allows an even more close-knit connection with the fabric, that simply lasts longer.
Unlike waterproof coating or waterproof spray that loses its effectiveness after a few washings, O5-T retains its performance even after intensive use.
We put coffee grounds into extreme high pressure and low-temperature conditions to make it into S.Cafe® nano coffee pellets. These pellets are then melted and infused into the yarn, increasing the surface area thanks to the coffee ground’s physical characteristics. The end result is a natural, toxin-free, and durable fabric.
Coffee grounds are collected from local coffee shops and plastic bottles are sourced from local recycling centers. These “waste” are upcycled and made into something of much higher value.Every t-shirt made means one cup worth of coffee ground and 5 plastic bottles reused. We make sure that we’re making the minimum impact on our environment.
The production process of the O5-T conforms to bluesign® and GRS standards, making them far more sustainable and energy-efficient to produce when compared to other vendors.
Conventional odor repelling fabrics rely on secondary processing of dipping in chemical mixtures. The chemical compound that adheres to the surface of the fiber would be washed away fairly easily and causing harmful impacts to the environment, and in some cases, allergy to the skin.
O5-T achieves its odor-free through the physical characteristics of S.Cafe® yarn. Taking advantage of the countless tiny pores on the surface, O5-T can trap the odor particles and eliminated them. What's more, its effect is permanent. Just rinse it with water and it's ready to rock and roll again.
The surface area of 100 grams of S.Cafe® pellets is equivalent to the size of a football field. The bigger the surface area, the faster moisture evaporates. It only takes a few seconds for the sweat to pass through the fabric, allowing heat to be transferred, giving you this cool and breezing sensation.
Through the quick-drying effect of the S.Cafe® yarn, and the performance of the dri-release fabric, you get the best of both worlds - A moisture-wicking performance beast.
The majority of sun protection fabrics rely on the post-processing of dyeing in chemical mixtures. Because of the coffee ground's porous nature, the uneven surface of S.Cafe® yarn can easily scatter the UVA/UVB light.
